RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

The deadline for the return is set at 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, or in any case that period set by law, prior communication being essential. If the item is defective or does not correspond to the model requested by the customer, “GASPELINK.ES” will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. The returned item will be sent conveniently packaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.

The return must be requested by the customer, expressly, only through the mail info@gaspelink.es during working hours from Monday to Thursday: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

If the cause of the return is another, “GASPELINK.ES” undertakes to replace the item with another, charging or paying the difference between the products, if any; the customer being the one who bears the expenses that both the return and its replacement originate. Made-to-measure items are excepted from this assumption.

Once the product has arrived back, verified by the company and verified its status, the money will be refunded to the account provided by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS
